کمر بستہ رہے اطمینان صبر وتحمل استقامت اور مسلسل ہمت سے کامیابی کا انتظار کرے ۔ بہت سے انسان

 یکسوئی اور استغراق حاصل کر لیتے ہیں لیکن اپنے خیال اور اثر کو دوسروں پر منوانے میں ناکام رہتے ہیں اپنے خیال کو دوسروں پر پھینک نہیں پاتے اس پستی اور ناکامی کی وجہ کمزور اور متز لزل قوت ارادی ہے ۔ کمزور قوت ارادی والا انسان اپنے خیالات کو عملی شکل میں کبھی نہیں دیکھ سکتا اس صورتحال میں انسان یقینا دوسروں کے خیال اور اثر کے شکنجے میں رہے گا ۔

مضبوط پر وقار شخصیت یہ نہیں کہ آدمی بڑے عہدے پر فائز ہو ، زمیندار ہو ، سردار ہو خوبصورت ہو یا دولت مند ہو یہ تو محنت و قسمت کا علیحدہ  ثمر مضبوط قوت ارادی والا انسان وہ ہے جو ان چیزوں کے بغیر بھی اپنا اثر بہتر طور پر کراسکے کسی بھی ہستی یا شخصیت کے ساتھ گفتگو کرے تو مخالف دل ہی دل میں پر اعتماد ی و خود اعتمادی کی داد دے باتوں میں لرزش نہ ہو حرکات وسکنات میں بے ڈھنگی نہ ہو اعتماد ، یقین اور توجہ سے اپنی بات کے آنکھوں میں ضبط ہو خلوص ہو حیاء ہو بوقت بسیار مجبوری ان آنکھوں میں جلال ہو ایسا رعب واثر ہو کہ مخالف اپنے غلط رویے پر پشیمان ہو ۔

دنیا میں کسی بھی چیز کا حصول دو طریقوں سے ہوتا ہے ۔
